Evan Parker and Matthew Keading are out for a run on a pretty sunny day in San Diego. When Evan helps Matthew stretch his legs after their workout, they discuss Matthew's search for a recent apartment. This Guy discovers that Matthew hasn't had any luck finding a recent home so Evan helps Matthew out by offering up his spare room. They go back to Evan's place to look at the room where Matthew resolves this chab can't refuse the suggest. Matthew gives Evan his constricted teen gap to thank him for his generosity.
